Sorting the results on the Case List

Sorting the Case List provides better scheduling and workflow management by allowing you to quickly view cases based on time priority or room allocation.

To sort the Case List:

  1. At the top of the Case List, click the Sort dropdown.

  2. Select one of the following:

    • OR Number – The Case List groups cases by OR. Each grouping displays all surgeries scheduled in the specified OR.

    • Start Time – The Case List groups cases based on their scheduled start hour. Each grouping represents a one-hour time block and displays all cases that fall within that period.

  3. (Optional) To adjust the sorting order, click the arrow icon next to Sort to switch between the following:

    • Ascending – Sorts with the lowest OR number or the earliest start time first.

    • Descending – Sorts with the highest OR number or the latest start time first.
