Filtering results on the Case List

Based on the size of your hospital, there could be hundreds of surgeries scheduled each day. Filtering the Case List helps you focus on the most relevant surgical cases based on your assigned role and interests.

To filter the Case List:

1. At the top of the Case List, click the Showing dropdown.

   
2. Check the box next to the desired filter option:

   • All – Displays all cases regardless of your involvement.

   • Joined – Displays only cases in which you have an assigned role and are actively participating.

   • Following – Displays only cases you are following, but do not have an assigned role.

   The Case List updates accordingly.

The Showing dropdown is multi-select, allowing you to select both the Joined and Following options. If you select both, the Showing dropdown text displays "Joined and Following."
