Searching for Users or ORs on the Case List

Based on the size of your hospital, there could be hundreds of surgeries scheduled each day. You can narrow down the Case List based on specific users or ORs, which helps you locate the specific surgical cases you are interested in.

Searching for Users

1. At the top of the Case List, click the Users dropdown.

   
2. Start typing a user's name

   The system displays matching users based on what you type.

3. Check the box next to the desired user.

   The Case List displays only the surgeries for the chosen user.

The Users dropdown is multi-select, allowing you to select multiple users. If you select multiple users, the Users dropdown text displays "N Users."

Searching for ORs

1. At the top of the Case List, click the ORs dropdown.

   
2. Start typing an OR name.

   The system displays matching ORs based on what you type.

3. Check the box next to the desired OR.

   The Case List displays only the surgeries scheduled in the chosen OR.

The ORs dropdown is multi-select, allowing you to select multiple ORs. If you select multiple ORs, the ORs dropdown text displays "N ORs."
