Configuring Notification Settings & Best Practices

Census Change (General)
A patient census change, such as transfer or discharge, occurs.
Chat Message (General)
A new internal chat message arrives.

Task Completion - All Phases
Checklist tasks for the specified case number are complete.
Setting Your Notifications
Followed Cases: Choose to receive notifications for cases you are following (even if you are not officially assigned). This helps you monitor updates passively.
Joined Cases: Notifications for cases you have actively joined are more immediate and detailed, supporting your role in direct patient care and task completion.
Simply toggle the switches under Followed or Joined to turn each type of notification on or off according to your needs.
