Case List Window - UI Review

The OpComm Clinical Portal helps hospital staff manage and track ongoing and scheduled operating room (OR) cases efficiently. The default view is the Case List, which improves operational workflow by providing real-time updates on surgical procedures, their status, and associated details.

Case List

Located on the left side, the navigation panel provides access the following sections:

  • Cases – The default view, which displays all ongoing and scheduled OR cases in the Case List.

  • Notification Settings – Customizable alerts and notifications for the current user. For more information, see Notification Settings.

  • Diagnostics – Visible only to Portal administrators.

Case List

The Case List displays all surgeries that match the current filters. For more information, see Filtering Results and Searching for Users or ORs.

By default, the information is sorted by OR Number, but you can also sort by Start Time. For more information, see Sorting Results.

To see the details for a specific case, click the Case Card to launch the Case Details page.
