This procedure provides step-by-step instructions for logging in to the OpComm Clinical Portal.

Prerequisites
Before you log in, ensure the following:
You have an active OpComm Clinical Portal account.
You have your username and password ready.
Your internet connection is stable.
Logging In to the OpComm Clinical Portal
Launch the OpComm Clinical Portal application on your computer or mobile device.
Enter your username and password.
Typically, your registered username is your email address.
Ensure there are no typos.
Passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure Caps Lock is off.
Tap or click Log In to proceed.
Upon successful login, you will see the Case List.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Incorrect User Name or Password? Double-check your credentials and try again.
Locked Out? If you entered the wrong password multiple times, your account might be temporarily locked. Contact your administrator for assistance.
