Case Details Page - UI Review
The Case Details page guides clinical teams through the critical steps required to prepare for a medical procedure.

Case Card
At the top of the page, the Case Card provides the following details for the selected procedure:
Patient Name – Name of the patient undergoing surgery.
Procedure – Description of the surgical procedure.
Surgeon Name – Name of the assigned surgeon.
Start Time – Scheduled time for the procedure to begin.
Status Indicator – Current status, such as Pending, Completed, or Incision Made.
Checklist Pane
The Checklist pane outlines all essential tasks that staff must complete before surgery. For more information, see Using the Checklist Pane.
Staff Pane
The Staff pane lists the team members assigned to the case, making it easy to see who is involved and providing quick options to call or message colleagues directly. For more information, see Using the Staff Pane.
Chat Pane
Each case also features the following chat options:
Internal Chat – Allows team members to communicate in real-time to coordinate tasks, share updates, or raise concerns. For more information, see Using the Internal Chat.
Family Chat – Allows the surgical team to securely update and communicate with the patient’s family, providing peace of mind and improving overall transparency throughout the surgical process. For more information, see Using the Family Chat.
