The Staff pane displays the team members assigned to the case, making it easy to see who is involved and providing quick options to call or message colleagues directly.
The Staff pane lists assigned team members by role. For example:
Case Attending
Surgical Resident
Anesthesiologist
Circulating Nurse
The Staff pane provides the following options to contact and manage staff:
Phone icon – Call directly.
Chat icon – Send a text message to their phone.
Email – Send an email using the default mail application, if available.
X button – removes a participant from the case.
Assign button – next to the case card to add people to the selected case.
The X button is available only to Supervisors and above. Typically, users can join and follow cases for themselves. For more information, see Joining & Following Cases.
